  • Alicia Hinds, RN

    Alicia is the owner of Hydrate to Heal. With 13+ years as an ER/Rapid Response Nurse and IV Specialist, she has plenty of experience with IV hydration. She has seen the impact that IV hydration makes on people’s health, first-hand. Alicia’s goal is to end an appointment leaving her clients happy, hydrated and feeling their best.   • Sheri Kipperman, APRN

    We are so excited to welcome Sheri Kipperman as our medical director of Hydrate to Heal. Sheri brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Sheri lives in Middlebury, CT and is married with 2 daughters ages 20 and 17. She graduated with a BSN in 1996 from Adelphi University. Sheri was an ICU nurse and supervisor at Saint Raphael’s Hospital in New Haven. She also worked in the Burn unit at Bridgeport Hospital and then Danbury Hospital also as an ICU nurse. Sheri graduated with a MSN in 2003 from WCSU, and obtained her APRN that same year. From 2003-2008 worked at the Danbury pulmonary office and have been in the skilled nursing facilities arena ever since, as well being an adjunct professor at WCSU and taking classes toward Psych APRN. Sheri enjoys reading, running, and spending time with family. Together, Alicia and Sheri have carefully curated formulas that we know our clients will love and benefit from.

  • Lindsay Brown, RN

    Lindsay joins us with more than 14 years of ER experience, specializing in “hard sticks”.  She currently works at Bridgeport Hospital in the Emergency Department. She is a mother to 3 wonderful children. She enjoys spending time with her family. She brings a wealth of knowledge and exceptional IV skills to our company. She’s passionate about providing as painless an experience as possible!

  • Tracey Rullo, RN

    Tracey comes to us with 30 years of IV experience working in ICU at Waterbury and Danbury Hospital. Currently working as a Rapid Response/IV therapy RN at Danbury for the past 25 years specializing in IV, PICC and Midline insertions. She graduated from University of Rhode Island with a BSN in Nursing. She loves to spend time with her family and friends. Tracey is the perfect addition to our team and will provide exceptional care to our clients.
